Spelling List #11
I haven’t forgotten! The spelling quiz for the spelling list, lesson 11, will be next week. I think Wednesday would be a good day for a quiz (please study - some of these words are a bit tricky)… The words are:
endorsement
advantageous
incitement
replaceable
remorseful
foreseeable
remorseless
canoeist
judgment
decreeing
Research starts!
Students spent some quality time in the media center today doing some discovery research. A thesis statement and guiding questions were due at the end of the period, with final decisions to be made by Monday (by me) regarding who gets to research which topic. Today’s goal was to be sure students chose a broad enough topic without it being too narrow. I was quite lenient with the topic...
